Giroux Brothers executed a comprehensive outdoor living construction project that reimagined the property from edge to edge—connecting the home, pool, driveway, and gathering areas with cohesive materials, elevated craftsmanship, and seamless transitions.
Work centered around the installation of over 1,250 square feet of HD2 Industria pavers set on a 45-degree layout to form a striking pool deck, complete with a contrasting 9×13 border in Greyed Nickel. An additional 350 square foot upper patio of HD2 Blu Smooth tied the outdoor spaces together and created an extended entertainment area.
Complementing the hardscape, our stonemasons delivered detailed natural stone features using Newport Mist Ledgestone, including pool ledges, garden walls, limestone-capped steps, and a hand-built wall along the driveway—bringing texture and permanence to the site.
Landscape elements expanded beyond stone, with a full irrigation system featuring spray and drip coverage and an atmospheric low-voltage lighting package of path, accent, wall, and post lights supported by transformer and wiring installation.
Planting enhancements completed the transformation with a layered design that introduced evergreen structure, seasonal color, screening, and groundcover—supported by new loam, sod installation, and fresh mulch.
A Blu 80 HD2 Smooth paver driveway and apron system brought the hardscape language to the front of the home, forming a clean arrival experience that tied into future elements including fencing and asphalt.
Through precise site preparation, equipment mobilization, grading, utility allowances, and material management, Giroux Brothers coordinated all phases of construction to deliver a backyard and entry experience that is functional, beautiful, and built to last.
