Giroux Brothers completed a full front-to-back landscape and hardscape renovation that modernized access points, improved site grading, and replaced aging structures with long-lasting materials. The project began with the removal and disposal of existing retaining walls, steps, and outdated surfaces. Two new structural block walls were installed at the driveway edge and termination point, each supported with 3/4″ crushed stone backfill and integrated drainage to manage water and preserve wall integrity. New granite-treaded staircase runs were built into both wall systems, providing upgraded access with durable natural stone.

Hardscape improvements continued with the demolition of the rear deck and construction of a 400 sq. ft. paver patio, including base excavation, compaction, and new stairs connecting the house to the yard. A matching 200 sq. ft. front walkway was installed using the same industry-standard prep and finish techniques, tying the entry into the driveway and retaining wall systems.
