The project also included construction of new fencing for privacy and security, integrated drainage improvements to manage stormwater, and the installation of a complete irrigation system to support healthy plant growth and protect the surrounding landscape.
Artificial turf was added to provide a clean, durable, and low-maintenance surface ideal for recreation and year-round use, complementing the adjacent pool area.
